OMG I love this machine - thank god I've gone back to a filter bag..... it's fantastic - just vacuumed and have filled a bag to bursting point - that's how much dust/debris and hairs it has picked up and I had previously cleaned only a week ago
I love the power head - does exactly what I expected from it and my carpet looks great - It's so powerful I could feel it pulling my arm and had to keep up with it
the best part is I could remove the roller and clean it as I have fairly long hair and this was always the problem with other so called turbo heads which clogged and seized up after only being used a few times
The unit itself is very lightweight and easy to move around and the noise level is the quietest of any vacuum I've ever owned and all the attachments and hoses fit together easily
Overall I would give it 9/10... only because I would have loved it in a nice colour other than the cream ... lol I'll actually be motivated to clean more often now
